Joining the likes of the completed Brickell City Centre and other upcoming mega-developments like Metropica in Sunrise and Paramount Miami Worldcenter in downtown Miami is Terra’s Pines City Center in Pembroke Pines.
The 47-acre mixed-use development comprised of retail, entertainment, and residences is now 70 percent pre-leased. Construction is underway on the first phase, which includes 200,000 square feet of retail, and it’s expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
Announced tenants include Publix, Carl’s Patio, Cooper’s Hawk, BurgerFi, Smoothie King, PizzaRev, Bento Café and The Halal Guys, with a movie theater also detailed in the project’s master plan. The next phase will entail 100,000 square feet of commercial space and 385 apartments.
The Broward development will serve the estimated 400,000 people who live within five miles of the site, located off Pines Boulevard and Palm Avenue.
